所以瓦楞紙板品質(zhì)較差時(shí),應(yīng)選用厚度較厚、硬度較低的版材;瓦楞紙品質(zhì)較好、需印刷小字、網(wǎng)線版時(shí),應(yīng)選擇肖氏硬度為35 -45的薄版。

實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),同一印版在不同的印速時(shí),印跡的虛實(shí)也不同。其規(guī)律是在同等條件下,印速高時(shí)印跡顯得較實(shí),反之,則較虛。原因是柔印版的彈性形變和受力時(shí)間成正比,所以同塊版在低速印刷時(shí)彈性形變較高速時(shí)大。
