1、重型紙箱外觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
1. Appearance standard of heavy duty carton:
箱體紙箱成型后箱體方正，表面不允許有明顯的損壞和污跡，箱面不得有拼接，箱體各角無明顯的漏洞或包角。
After the box box is formed, the box is square, the surface is not allowed to have obvious damage and stains, the box surface is not allowed to have splicing, and the corners of the box have no obvious holes or corners.
印刷：箱面印刷圖文正確、清晰、墨色深淺一致、位置準(zhǔn)確，不應(yīng)有明顯偏斜。

釘合：紙箱釘合應(yīng)使用帶鍍層(銅、鋅)的低碳鋼扁絲，扁絲不應(yīng)有銹斑、剝層、龜裂或其他使用上的缺外觀缺陷。紙箱接縫應(yīng)釘牢、釘透，不得有疊釘、缺釘、翹釘、斷釘、曲釘、不轉(zhuǎn)角等缺陷。紙箱接頭釘合搭接舌邊的寬度為35一50mm采用斜釘或橫釘釘合，且箱釘應(yīng)沿搭結(jié)舌邊的中線釘合。箱釘排列整齊、均勻，頭尾釘距頂、底面壓痕線不大于25mm。

粘合：紙箱接頭所使用的粘合劑應(yīng)是乙酸乙烯乳液或具有同等效果的其他粘合劑；接頭舌邊寬度適度，粘合劑涂布充分、均勻，粘合牢固。

壓線：壓痕深淺一致，折線居中，不應(yīng)有破裂現(xiàn)象；箱壁不允許有多余的壓痕線，壓痕線寬度值的規(guī)定如下 ：凹凸式壓痕線寬度:六層以下瓦楞紙箱的壓痕線寬度不大干17mm；七層瓦楞紙箱的壓痕線寬度不大于Zomm； 偏置式壓痕線寬度:箱內(nèi)面的壓痕線與箱外面的壓痕線的偏置間距不大于20mm。

裁切刀口：刀口光潔，切斷口表面裂損寬度不超過8mm。

偏置式壓痕線寬度:箱內(nèi)面的壓痕線與箱外面的壓痕線的偏置間距不大于20mm。

2、重型紙箱尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

GB/T16717一1996根據(jù)內(nèi)裝物質(zhì)量和體積尺寸，規(guī)定了紙箱尺寸的偏差。
GB / t16717-1996 specifies the deviation of carton size according to the quality and volume of contents.
紙箱的底面積外部尺寸應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用GB/T4892所規(guī)定的尺寸系列。
The size series specified in GB / t4892 shall be preferred for the external size of the bottom area of the carton.
3、重型紙箱的物理性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

通常狀況下重型紙箱抗壓力不低于550KG，若有其他要求供需雙方商定，檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按GB/T4857.4的規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
Generally, the pressure resistance of heavy-duty cartons is not less than 550Kg. If there are other requirements, the supplier and the Demander shall agree on the test standard according to the provisions of GB / t4857.4.
耐破強(qiáng)度：所用紙板的耐破強(qiáng)度18kg以上。
Bursting strength: the bursting strength of the used paperboard is more than 18kg.
戳穿強(qiáng)度和邊壓強(qiáng)度，戳穿強(qiáng)度和邊壓強(qiáng)度的檢測按GB/T16718的規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
The detection of puncture strength and edge pressing strength shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB / t16718.
紙箱耐沖擊強(qiáng)度的檢側(cè)按GB/T4857.5的規(guī)定進(jìn)行，且試樣不得少于3只。
The impact strength of carton shall be tested according to GB / t4857.5, and the number of samples shall not be less than 3.
搖蓋耐折性：紙箱搖蓋經(jīng)180°的往復(fù)開合五次后，A級(jí)，B級(jí)紙箱的面層和里層均不應(yīng)有裂縫；C級(jí)紙箱的面層不應(yīng)有裂縫，里層允許裂縫長度分別不大于各搖蓋長的10%。
