（1）蔬菜的運輸尤其是中、遠途運輸，應(yīng)該進行包裝，目的是防止運輸途中壓壞蔬菜造成損失。這種包裝應(yīng)當(dāng)簡易，能有效防止擠壓，且能重復(fù)使用，包裝成本低。也可以在運輸車箱上專門設(shè)計安裝隔層，將蔬菜一層一層放置，層與層之間距離不能大，這樣能達到防擠壓的目的。

在蔬菜種植基地搞凈菜加工，采用技術(shù)進行包裝，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化，是提高蔬菜種植業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的基本思路?，F(xiàn)在使用的凈菜包裝，基本上是用泡沫塑料托盤，再包一層聚乙膜。泡沫塑料造成白色污染，使用受到限制，而且這種包裝保質(zhì)期短，所以在包裝材料的選擇上必須改進。對于當(dāng)天能銷售的凈菜，可以用紙漿模塑盤再輔之以聚乙烯膜包裝。如果要求保質(zhì)期長一些如3－5天，則可采用氣調(diào)包裝或真空包裝，并低溫（4℃左右）冷藏。
