　　2.重型瓦楞紙箱的外形。瓦楞的形狀有U形、V形和UV形。U型瓦楞紙具有良好的彈性，高的延伸性和吸收性，但強(qiáng)度不穩(wěn)定。v型瓦楞附著力差，易剝落和分離，但強(qiáng)度高。通常建議使用UV表單，正如其名稱所暗示的那樣，將U和V表單的優(yōu)點(diǎn)結(jié)合在一起。

　　4.使厚瓦楞紙板的層數(shù)合理化。合理的層數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)可以提高紙箱本身的抗壓性能，不合理的層數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)自然會(huì)增加紙箱的破損率。建議根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的包裝、重量、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)條件、堆高、儲(chǔ)存時(shí)間等特點(diǎn)，考慮設(shè)計(jì)板的層數(shù)。
