，根據(jù)客戶提供的顏色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，由計(jì)算機(jī)配色系統(tǒng)給出專色油墨的比例;然后將油墨樣品轉(zhuǎn)移，不同密度的顏色樣品由墨位計(jì)和墨棒計(jì)顯示;然后根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(或客戶)對(duì)色差范圍的要求，用分光光度計(jì)測(cè)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、淺限、深限，制出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色卡(色差超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要進(jìn)一步校正)。成都包裝設(shè)計(jì)色卡的一半是普通的顏色樣本，另一半是經(jīng)過(guò)表面處理的顏色樣本，便于質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)。
